As I walked out to the clearing hoping for at least one new cat I saw nothing but flat land and my one and only medicine cat. As i padded over to greet her I said "Well how are you doing FlowerStorm?"

As I padded to my den i wondered on what was awaiting this samll clan of a leader and medicine cat, a great clan full of loyal warriors, or the oposite, or maybe even just the way it was now...

I had just awoken to see a big plump squirrel in front of my den. I jumped up at it to feel my claws prickle in its soft plump skin. I carried it to FlowerStorm's den. Then I said as I ran out to do the patrol alone, "FlowerStorm, I am going to do a patrol. Look after yourself! And eat that squirrel I killed for you!" I started to mumble to only my ears, StarClan, thank you for that squirrel's life, may you bring more clan cats for my clan to grow stong and full of corage... May FlowerStorm be safe with out me while I do the morning patrol...
